An Artist Talk for the 25th anniversary of “Art of the African Diaspora, New Visions,” takes place on Saturday, October 1, from noon to 2pm.
The artists – Kim Champion, Tiffany Conway, Ashara Ekundayo and Bertrell Smill – employ painting, photography, collage & vibrant color palettes to engage viewers.
New visions demonstrates the diversity of artwork coming from emerging Black artists in the Bay Area
The talk takes place at the Richmond Art Center at 2540 Barrett Avenue in Richmond.
