The East Bay’s beloved Art & Soul returns to Frank Ogawa Plaza on Saturday, July 23.
The festive, free 20th anniversary celebration takes place from noon to 6pm in downtown Oakland.
The Plaza stage features the dynamic Miss Faye Carol, Kev Choice & the Alphabet Rockers.
The Clay Street stage features Dance-a-Vision’s Carla Service and the West Coast Blues Society’s Caravan of All Stars.
All this plus a Black Cultural Zone with an Umoja roller skating rink.
