But, I’ll get used to it.

“if it ain’t broke don’t fix it”. this new website is a disaster. it may look colorful and glitzy but it is so disorganized now. And you can’t listen to the live stream in your favorite pc media player. I am disabled. I also have hearing problems. I can’t adjust the treble, bass etc. It seems everytime some website changes drastically with lots of bells and whistles it is actually less versatile.nnProgressive Radio Network tried this type of garish, glitzy web design with the same horrible deep black back ground. they went back to their old simple layout and controls. I hope kpfa does the same.nnSure it is great to give a web designer work, but money from fund drives and rolling funding coming in all year should go to better equipment for the show hosts and that sort of thing. I won’t say which host it was who said we are still using microphones from 20 yrs ago.nnagain if it ain’t broke don’t fix it and give us back the old website layout and controls

And how about actually paying Bonnie for her work? She contributes more than the rest of your Staff, combined.

Listening live works well enough. Downloading a past show worked on first try (Guns & Butter). I do not yet see the description of a past show. The previous format of KPFA’s website worked just fine. nnnOne becomes used to working with changes such as these, all the while wondering, why ?

The Wed., 3/25 Guns and Butter topic shown on your website doesn’t agree with the program actually broadcast, and I am unable to locate the one I heard and want to hear again. I wasn’t familiar with your previous website but have never seen ANY website less comprehensible than the one you currently have, and I will avoid using it ever again.

    [Voice of Ben Davidson:]

the long-term patterns, the experts picking the details at NASA, and just day to day observations of solar activity, they all point to this grand minimum coming very very soon. And, I’ll just say that, the best case scenario we can hope for is that we look back at the Maunder Minimum, the last grand minimum, we see the record cold temperatures, we see the droughts mixed with floods and famines, and we just try to think about how we can mitigate this as best we can. We just have to hope that the magnetic changes don’t go to fruition — that they were just some sort of anomaly.”

I’m Bonnie Faulkner. today on Guns & Butter, Ben Davidson. Today’s show, “The Other Side of Climate Change”. Ben Davidson is an independent researcher into the science of climate change. His mobile observatory project travels across the United States and Canada, conducting research, and presenting at schools, museums, and public venues. His Short Space news broadcast, every morning at 6:30 AM EST is available at both his website and YouTube channel. He has been interviewed by the Thunderbolts Project, and was a presenter at the Electric Universe 2014 Conference in Albuquerque, NM. He is the author of the article, “Global Warming, or Global Cooling?”
