We explore the social impact of solar technology with Maura McKnight of GRID Alternatives, Lisa Curtis of Solar Mosaic, and Michele McGeoy of Solar Richmond. These organizations promote solar power, not only as a means of greening the economy, but also as an economic opportunity for low-income communities too often excluded from the benefits of renewable energy, whether as producers or consumers.
