Just in case you haven’t noticed we’d like to point out that you haven’t heard us asking for your support this summer. We promised you that we would try to eliminate a pledge drive this year and now we’re delivering on that promise—No Summer Fund Drive.
We know how fatigued you are with being asked to donate so often. And we also realize we’re taking a chance, like walking a high wire without a net, to deliver on the bargain we’ve made. You’ve done your part. You’ve been patient with us and very generous and we owe you this Fund Drive Free Summer. We couldn’t have done it without you!
