Traveling Black encourages African-Americans to travel abroad, visit the African continent; Plus: the history of Juneteenth

0:08 – The recently coined “Black Travel Movement” began in 2015, and is expanding exponentially in interested and numbers of travelers and travel groups headed abroad. We speak to Kumi Rauf, founder and CEO (Chief Experience Officer), of Bay Area-based Traveling Black (@TRVLBLK) an organization whose mission is to inspire black people, who don’t often travel, to expand their comfort zones and seek out to rare destinations.
