Guest: Alan Hirsch is the chair of the Justice and Law Studies program at Williams College, Massachusetts.  He is the author or co-author of several books, including For The People: What the Constitution Really Says About Your Rights, A Citizen’s Guide to Impeachment, and his latest,  Impeaching the President: Past, Present and Future.
