A federal judge recently slammed Kansas Secretary of State Kris Kobach for requiring proof of citizenship for voter registration. Kobach is a leading figure in Republican-led efforts to disenfranchise voters of color nationwide. On our show today we’ll turn to investigative journalist and filmmaker Greg Palast who has long covered Kobach’s shenanigans and who has his own lawsuits against the states of Kansas and Ohio over voting rights.
