Will Congress Do the Right Thing on Net Neutrality?

Two Congressional Republicans have introduced bills that they say will protect Net Neutrality after the FCC decimated it. But advocates of Internet Freedom say the bills do not go far enough. On our show today Free Press’s Craig Aaron will update us on the latest battle for Net Neutrality. Then, the Sierra Club’s Bridget Lee will explain to us what Scott Pruitt’s recent announcement to overturn toxic coal ash regulations mean. The pro-corporate decision will undo a 2015 Obama era federal rule that protected waterways from toxic coal ash dumping. Finally, law professor and author Adam Winkler joins us to discuss his newest book, We The Corporations: How American Businesses Won Their Civil Rights.
