America/Los_Angeles SISTERS SHALL BE On Saturday, March 9, the NIAD Art Gallery holds an opening  reception for the  exhibit 'Sisters Shall Be'. The exhibit is from Raven and Shana Harper, sisters who grew up in foster care, and have navigated life together. The free reception takes place from 1 to 4 pm at the NIAD Art Center Annex,  located at  551-23rd Street in Richmond, and is accompanied by food and music.
