The FCC Hearing on Broadband Network Management took place on Thursday, April 17, 2008, at Stanford University. This will be the FCC's second public hearing on broadband network management and follows a February 25, 2008 hearing at Harvard University, where cable industry giant and Internet Service Provider Comcast allegedly paid shills to arrive early and save seats for Comcast employees and supporters.
