Voices of the Middle East and North Africa – November 24, 2004

Join Malihe and Khalil for this week’s program, in
which we will feature a poem by the great Palestinian
poet Mahmoud Darwish, titled "The Speech of the Red
Indian," then a conversation with Anthony Shadid, the
Lebanese-American journalist and the Washington Post
correspondent in Baghdad who won the 2004 Pulitzer
Prize for International Reporting, and, finally, an
interview with well-known Bay Area Algerian Berber
musician Moh Alileche on the release of his new
CD titled "Tarwa N’Tamazgha" or "NORTH AFRICA’S
DESTINY."
