On July 7^th at 6:30pm LaborFest hosts a panel discussion on building momentum for a New Deal for the arts in the 21^st century. Journalist Jeff Chang and historian Gray Brechin will speak at this event which takes place at the Women's Building, 3543 18^th street in San Francisco.
