BERKELEY JUNETEENTH FESTIVAL 2009

On Saturday, June 13th, the Berkeley Juneteenth Festival will be held on Adeline Street between Ashby and Alcatraz Streets.  Juneteenth is the oldest nationally celebrated commemoration to mark the end of slavery in the United States.

This free event will feature ethnic cuisine, art, music, recreational activities, and hundreds of booths.  For more information, call 510-655-8008.
