Theme: women on death row.
There are currently 52 women on the death row in the US and 152 women who have been sentenced to death. This show looks at women on death row nation-wide, and a closer look at the 16 women on death row in the state of California. We will hear from Rachel King, co-author of the ACLU report, “A forgotten population: A look at death row in the US through the experiences of women.” On today's show, we will also be talking to two prison activists.
